About Us

Many of you already know that my name is Mason Smith. I started my spiritual journey about 5 years ago after a few very Divine series of events that lead me to become a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner and Karuna Reiki Master.

Though very recently, I noticed that I was keeping myself in a small box with labels and not truly allowing my inner gifts to be shared. So through a few months of intensive meditations and soul searching, I realized I was doing much more for my private clients than I was really expressing. As I dove deep into my True Purpose, I realized my mission is to help awaken the inner healer that is inside every single one of us.

Through The Flow of Well Being, where I have many energetic tools such as BodyTalk and Karuna Reiki, I also bring in more of ME. I bring in inner wisdom and conscious guidance from Illiumed Masters, Enlighted Beings, and angels. I bring in my intuitive gifts with crystals and stones that elevate the healing process. I use the power of insight and give guidance based on what has worked for me, such as journaling, mediations, rituals, and whatever is coming in for your Highest Good.

a systematic approach that uses your body's own wisdom to help heal and transform. with both ancient knowledge and modern day advancements, we align your emotional energy and physical wellness. with the use of bodytalk, I am able to access very precise and even cellular level of healing. this system really allows the stories to surface and the release of past memories, trauma, ancestral baggage, past life memories and more to be release, giving you freedom and understanding of your past and room for new manifestations to come forth

karuna reiki master

gentle energy healing that looks at the whole energetic body to help remove blocks and stuck emotions. karuna reiki allows me to channel in high frequency energy to specific areas that are in need of healing. I intuitively use karuna reiki to help move energy through the body and aura in a loving and gentle flow. through using reiki, I find that my intuition is heightened and I can hear Higher guidance and wisdom
